At S. Feldman Housewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Send your return to our Madison Avenue boutique using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
