What is your return policy for housewares?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as personal care products or clearance goods, are final sale.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number to arrange for a replacement or refund.
